[摘要]意图 讨论互动健康教育在小儿骨折患者护理中的作用。办法 选取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院承受医治的骨折患儿116例,根据患儿入院时刻先后将其分为调查组与对照组,各58例。对照组选用惯例健康教育,调查组选用互动健康教育,比较两组患儿家长骨折相关常识把握率、患儿变形愈合率和功用彻底恢复率、患儿家族的护理满意度。成果 调查组患儿家长骨折相关常识把握率、护理满意度及功用彻底恢复率均高于对照组,患儿变形愈合率低于对照组,差异有统计学含义(P<0.05)。定论 在对小儿骨折患儿护理时施行互动健康教育办法可明显进步患儿家族对骨折常识的把握程度,进步患儿骨折恢复作用及患儿家族护理满意度,值得临床推行。

Efficacy of interactive health education in children with fracture

[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy of interactive health education in children with fracture.Methods 116 children patients with fracture in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization,with 58 cases in each group.The control was given routine health education,while the observation group was given interactive health education.The mastery rate of fracture information of children′s parents,the malunion rate and complete functional recovery rate of patients and the nursing satisfaction of children′s parents were compared between two groups.Results The mastery rate of fracture information of children′s parents,complete functional recovery rate and nursing satisfaction of children′s parents were higher than those in the control group,the malunion rate was lower than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of interactive health education in nursing care of children with fracture of children when Education measures can significantly improve the children′s family members to master the knowledge of fracture, improve the rehabilitation effect of children fracture and the satisfaction degree of the family members of the children, which is worthy of clinical promotion

上肢骨折是當前临床极为常见的一种小儿骨折类型,儿童此刻正处于身体发育的关键时期,在其骨头可塑性强、成长极快等长处下,骨折患儿在承受有用医治的情况下很少见骨骼功用受损现象[1-2]。但是患儿一起具有好动、生动等特色,对骨折恢复形成必定晦气影响[3]。互动健康教育是当时临床一种较为新颖的健康教育形式,其在临床中现已得到了较为广泛的使用且有研讨成果[4-5]显现,互动健康教育特别适用于幼儿疾病医治进程中。对承受外固定医治的患儿进行活跃的健康宣教,对提高患儿医治依从性有活跃作用,能促进患儿早日恢复。为进一步了解小儿骨折患儿中互动健康教育的护理作用,本次研讨中将以此为据,将互动健康教育使用在患儿护理进程中,现报导如下。
1材料与办法
1.1一般材料
选取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院承受医治的骨折患儿116例,根据患儿入院时刻先后将其分为调查组与对照组,各58例。调查组中男35例,女23例;年纪2~9岁,均匀(5.56±1.21)岁;骨折类型:耻骨骨折13例,锁骨骨折12例,挠骨骨折13例,肱骨骨折11例,掌指骨骨折9例。对照组中男36例,女22例;年纪3~9岁,均匀(6.01±1.21)岁;骨折类型:耻骨骨折14例,锁骨骨折12例,挠骨骨折12例,肱骨骨折10例,掌指骨骨折10例。归入规范:①患儿均为上肢骨折并给予X线、超声等印象学查看手法证明;②患儿有上肢外伤病史、跌倒史等病史,由爸爸妈妈陪同进入我院承受诊治;③患儿家族知晓本次研讨并针对患儿医治办法签定知情同意书,遵守相关医治及护理要求。扫除规范:①兼并有下肢及其他部位的多发性骨折患儿;②兼并有严峻心血管疾病及其他亟待医治严峻症状的患儿;③兼并有认知障碍、精神障碍以及严峻脏器功用障碍患儿。两组患儿一般材料比较,差异无统计学含义(P>0.05),具有可比性。本次研讨通过我院医学道德委员会同意。
